Fresh Chilli Jam Guacamole

Cooking Directions

Dice 1/3 of a red onion and 1 tomato and leave to one side.

Cut open the avocados and scoop out the flesh, discarding the skin and stones. In a bowl, mash the avocados until soft.

Add the red onion, tomato, 2-3 tbsp of Fresh Chilli Jam, a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and stir together.

Serve with tortilla chips or your favourite mexican food.
