Baked Salmon with Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly

This divine recipe is super easy to make – simply add our addictive Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly on top of the salmon before cooking!

Method:

Heat the oven to 180oC. Add the Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly on top of the salmon before wrapping it in foil and baking in the oven for 12 minutes (or about 4 minutes per 1cm thickness). Serve with tenderstem broccoli and buttery, seasoned new potatoes.

Ingredients:

4-6tbsp Tracklements Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly
2x salmon fillets, skin on or off
tenderstem broccoli
new potatoes
