This Tracklements twist on a classic Mojito packs a punch in terms of flavour and is ideal for enjoying on a warm summer’s evening.
Method
Add the mint and lemon juice to a glass and muddle (squish together) to release the mint aroma.
Add the Tangy Cumberland Sauce, white rum, crushed ice and sparkling water. Stir the mixture together until it’s smooth and serve up with a sprig of mint on top.
