This colourful bowl of plant-based perfection is full of nutrients and once eaten, will have you feeling fresh, full and fabulous.
Method
Assemble a base of freshly cooked quinoa (or grain of choice) in your favourite bowl. Slice an avocado and red pepper, peel a carrot into thin strips, slice some red cabbage and cut some cucumber into cubes. Add the fresh vegetables on top of the quinoa along with a handful of edamame beans. Finish with a rather healthy portion of Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam for a welcomed heat and sweetness, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
