When cooked over open flames, something as simple as an onion can be transformed into a delicious starter or part of a mezze.
Method
Cook the onion slices for about 7-8 minutes on each side on the medium heat of the barbecue or a ribbed griddle pan. Arrange the onions on serving plates then spoon on Tracklements Sweet Pepper Relish and drizzle a little olive oil over.
