Perfect as a light lunch, side salad or up the quantities and get everyone to dig in.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Using a strong knife, carefully cut a 2\u201d slice out of the squash.\u00a0 De-seed and shave with a peeler into cold water to keep firm and make the pieces curl.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon 2 dessertspoons of the vinegar from the walnut jar into a small bowl and mix with the <a href=\"https:\/\/tracklements.co.uk\/product\/robust-wholegrain-mustard\/\">mustard<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the leaves and the squash on the plates, sprinkle the walnut pieces over and pour over the dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and black pepper.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 inch slice of squash, deseeded \u2013 Mark uses a Sunshine Squash<br \/>\nx2 pickled walnuts, diced<br \/>\nx2 dsp walnut vinegar<br \/>\nx1 dsp Tracklements <a href=\"https:\/\/tracklements.co.uk\/product\/robust-wholegrain-mustard\/\">Robust Wholegrain Mustard<\/a><br \/>\nx2 handfuls mixed leaves \u2013 hot and spicy for flavour.
